Go-Getters

Was just sitting in for an edit of a programme episode the past few days. One of the items was this interview with a Learning Centre Director, Jayne Nadarajoo. Jayne started of as a teacher 17 years ago, and climbed up to the position of a principal and in 1999 decided to start her own kindergarten called White Lodge. Now Jayne runs 5 such schools around the island. 90% of children in her schools are expatriate children, and she is getting offers to open up centres in India and Singapore. Her husband too is willing to take big charge of the learning centre from next year. Jayne is earning big bucks, is very successful in her career, and loves her job. She says that she has a bunch of trust-worthy workers with her which enables her to open 5 centres. I thought that it was an inspiring story. Something she mentioned, when she was asked how she did it was that she was a go-getter.
Go-getters are often lonely, because the rest can't keep up with them. Along the way, they lose relatives and friends. But thats how it is. Their priorities are often different from others.
I thought that was absolutely true. But is there anyway that success and relations can come together. Is there anyone who is really blessed with both?
